A Major Milestone!!!
I am almost scared to post this, afraid that we will be jinxed, but here goes: Alex slept all night long!! What a momentous occasion! We hope that this is the first of many long sleep filled nights. Eight straight hours of sleep sure makes you feel like you will actually survive a newborn (as anyone with kids know). We hope to be able keep this habit going, though the next surgery will probably screw that up. Oh well, if the habit is in place hopefully it will be easier to get back into it. Happy sleeping!

I sure hope that he continues to sleep through the night too. However, the first time doing that. . I would have run into the room to make sure all was okay and then gave a sigh of relief when it was.
When I was looking at the picture of him asleep, he has sure gotten big and has lost that newborn "look". It's amazing how fast they grow.

Way to go Alex! I am so glad he is sleeping at night for you. When Ashlynn started sleeping through the night it made a huge difference to what I could get done because my energy level went up a ton. We will keep our fingers crossed that this is a permanent habit for all of you guys! :)
Isn't it amazing what solid sleep will do??? I am so glad he is sleeping well...you both deserve it! Keep up the good work, Alex! You too, mama!
